Daniel Morgan

President & CEO

Dan Morgan brings over 30 years of CPG leadership to his role as President & CEO of G&S Foods, LLC. A seasoned veteran, he previously served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of PopCorners at BFY Brands, Inc., where he helped successfully lead the company through its acquisition by PepsiCo in 2020. Prior to BFY Brands, Morgan was Chief Sales Officer at Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., where he managed nearly $2 billion in revenue across DSD, direct, and export sales. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in co-founding and launching Patriot Snacks (later sold to Snyder’s of Hanover) and Bay State Snacks (launching Famous Amos in MA/RI, later sold to President Baking Company). Morgan began his career at The Boston Popcorn Company, contributing to its initial establishment and growth.

Wade Fitzkee

Vice President of Operations

Wade Fitzkee serves as Vice President of Operations at G&S Foods, bringing over 40 years of snack food manufacturing experience. His journey began at York Snacks, where he rose from a machine operator to Vice President of Operations during his 30-year tenure. Joining G&S Foods in 2011, Wade transitioned from sales to Director of Operations within a year, quickly ascending to his current VP role. Wade was instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of the new Blettner Avenue production facility, now effectively managing all plant operations and a strong production team.

Thomas Koppelmann

Vice President of Sales

G&S Foods, LLC welcomed Thomas Koppelmann as Vice President of Sales in March 2023. A veteran of both the snacking industry and supply chain management, Thomas possesses significant experience within the snack food and contract manufacturing landscape. His prior experience includes key leadership roles at The Hain Celestial Group, culminating in his position as Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing, where he managed the manufacturing needs for Hain’s comprehensive range of grocery and snack brands.

Christina Garcia

Vice President of Human Resources

Vice President of Human Resources, Christina Garcia has been with G&S Foods, LLC since September 2020 and leads a dynamic human resources team. A proud Hanover native, she brings both local insight and strategic leadership to the organization. Christina holds a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University, double majoring in Spanish and Political Science, and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a designation from the Society for Human Resource Management that recognizes her expertise, leadership, and professional credibility in the HR field.

Travis Grim

Vice President of Technical Services

As Vice President of Technical Services for G&S Foods, LLC, Travis Grim leverages two decades of product development expertise gained during his leadership at Snyder’s of Hanover/Snyder’s-Lance. Travis has since established highly capable quality assurance and innovation teams focused on supporting the current product portfolio and driving the development of future snack food innovations.

Anthony W. Hartlaub

Vice President of Finance

Vice President of Finance, Tony Hartlaub has been with G&S Foods since September 2019 and leads a seasoned finance team. Tony is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tony possesses significant experience in financial management with companies of various ownership structures including Publicly Traded Companies, ESOP Owned Companies, Private Equity Owned Companies and Family-Owned Companies. His prior experience includes key leadership roles at an International Specialty Agricultural Chemical Company and at Ernst & Young in public accounting.  Tony holds a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University.
